Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Mooquer and the customer for all purchases made through mooquer.com.

2. Purchase Process

To place an order, select the desired products, add them to your cart, review your selection, and proceed to checkout. We will ask for your first name, last name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

By placing an order, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The sales contract is perfected when you receive the order confirmation email.

3. Prices

The prices indicated on the website include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included and are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Mooquer reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

In case of a clear error in the price of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods available at checkout at the time of purchase, including credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. Mooquer never has access to your full bank card details.

5. Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is not available after your order confirmation, we will inform you and offer you an alternative product or a full refund of the amount.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision. In addition, Mooquer voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return. The conditions, process, and exceptions are detailed in our Return Policy.

8. Warranties

All Mooquer products come with the legal guarantee of conformity established by current legislation. If you receive a defective product or one that does not match what was ordered, please contact us at hola@mooquer.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

9. Electronic Invoice

After each purchase, we issue an electronic invoice that you will receive by email. If you need a paper invoice, request it before the order is shipped to hola@mooquer.com.

10. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on mooquer.com (texts, photographs, designs, logos, products) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Reproduction without the express authorization of Mooquer is prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution

For any claim, please write to us first at hola@mooquer.com and we will try to resolve it quickly and amicably. If we do not reach an agreement, as a consumer you can resort to accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entities for consumer disputes. You can consult the list of entities in Spain and the European Union on the European Commission's website for consumer dispute resolution (consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies).

13. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the courts and tribunals of Oviedo (Asturias) shall be competent, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to the consumer in accordance with current regulations.

14. Modifications

Mooquer reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The conditions applicable to each purchase will be those in force at the time of placing the order.
