We design and manufacture custom cycling apparel for cycling clubs, teams, companies, and events. Each kit is designed from scratch by our design team; we do not use templates. We produce in selected workshops in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, the same ones where our permanent collection is made. Minimum order of 10 units per garment.

RURAL PATROL

Rural Patrol is a cycling club from Oviedo that came to Mooquer looking for a kit with character. We worked with them from the first brief: we defined the palette, typography, and construction, and designed a maroon jersey and bib shorts with custom numbering in cream typography. The kit was manufactured in Italy with premium technical fabrics and delivered ready for the season.

Design and Sample

Our in-house design team creates a proposal from scratch, without templates. We iterate with you until the kit is exactly as you want it and validate the final design.

Production

We manufacture in selected workshops in Spain, Italy, or Portugal depending on the type of garment and fabric. Average manufacturing time: 8 weeks from design approval.

Delivery

You receive your gear ready for use. We'll stay in touch for future replacements and new items you may need season after season.

We design custom socks for cycling clubs and teams, with your logo, palette, and typography. Manufactured in Spain with premium technical yarn, and the same design process from scratch. Minimum order of 25 pairs. Available in mid-cuff and high-cuff, in summer and winter versions.

Custom cycling apparel

Is there a minimum order for custom kits?

Yes, the minimum order is 10 units per garment (jersey, bib shorts, vest, cap) and 25 pairs for socks, which is the minimum manufacturing unit at our Spanish workshop. You can combine different garments in the same order as long as the minimum for each line is met.

How long does custom cycling apparel take?

The average production time is 8 weeks from design approval. If you need your kit by a specific date, such as the start of the season or an event, please let us know at first contact so we can organize the schedule.

Who designs the kit?

We design each kit from scratch in our studio, with our own in-house designer. We do not use predefined templates. Each client receives a unique proposal tailored to their identity, palette, and references. The design is charged separately and remains the exclusive property of the client.

Where do you custom manufacture the clothing?

We manufacture in selected workshops in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The technical fabrics and construction are the same as those we use in Mooquer's permanent collection.

Can I provide the design or references?

You can bring us visual references, color palettes, vector logos, and all the material you want. We develop the final design from scratch based on your briefing to ensure the kit is technically ready for production and maintains the Mooquer finish standard.

What garments can be customized?

Short-sleeved jersey, long-sleeved jersey, bib shorts, vest, socks, and cap. If you need a specific item not on this list, please inquire using the form.

Are you a Spanish brand? Where are you located?

Mooquer is a Spanish brand based in Oviedo, Asturias, where we also have our physical store. We work with clubs and teams from all over Spain and ship to Europe.

What does the club personalization service include?

Includes initial briefing, design from scratch by an in-house designer, 2 rounds of iteration until approval, production in a European workshop, quality control, and delivery to the club. The design remains your exclusive property.
