Shipping policy

We prepare your order within 24 hours. All shipments include a tracking code.

Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands Free shipping on orders over 75€. For orders under this amount, shipping costs 5.95€. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days. Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can track your shipment at all times.

Peninsular Portugal Shipping: 6.95€. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Europe (European Union) Shipping: 9.95€. Free on orders over 150€. Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days.

United Kingdom and Switzerland Shipping: 13.95€ (approximately £12). Free on orders over 150€. Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days. The United Kingdom and Switzerland are outside the European Union, so your order may be subject to import taxes and a carrier handling fee. These amounts are paid upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient; they are not included in the price you see on the website.

United States and the rest of the world Shipping: 39.95€. Free on orders over 200€. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes at the destination, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, holiday season), delivery times may be extended by an additional 2-3 days.
