Returns policy

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No complications.

How it works

Write to us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Stick the label on the original package and deliver it to your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we will send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size changes

If you need another size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We will send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the costs of collection and reshipment.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will refund the product price using the same payment method you used. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom garments cannot be exchanged or returned. If you receive a defective or transport-damaged product, contact us within the first 24 hours attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately.

Return costs

Returns and size changes are free for orders within Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the costs of collection and reshipment. For international returns, the shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer.
