Shipping policy

We prepare your order within 24 hours. All shipments include a tracking number.

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Free shipping on orders over €75. Below that, shipping costs €5.95. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Mainland Portugal. Shipping: €6.95. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Europe (European Union). Shipping: €9.95. Free over €150. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.

United Kingdom and Switzerland. Shipping: €24.95. Free over €150. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

United States and the rest of the world. Shipping: €39.95. Free over €200. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Areas we don't ship to. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Important information. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. If delivery isn't possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Parcels not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During peak periods (launches, the Christmas season) delivery times may extend by an additional 2–3 days.
