It incorporates the innovative Armadillo™ system, along with three foam densities that work progressively to offer adequate support at key pressure points, without compromising freedom of movement. The variable height channels keep the chamois always in position, following the natural movements of pedaling: extension, compression, torsion, and inclination. In the Supercorsa Black Winter bib shorts, we have carefully selected premium technical fabrics to achieve a deep black that remains consistent throughout the garment. This process avoids the usual whitish or dull effects that can appear in areas of tension, as well as tonal differences between fabric panels. When the cold bites, the Supercorsa Black Winter maintains the cadence: the SuperRoubaix brushing creates stable and dry warmth without losing freedom of movement, dampens vibration, and promotes the muscle recovery typical of THERMAL fabrics. The Full Black finish maintains an intense black that goes with everything; the breathable fluorescent orange straps provide contemporary contrast. The zipperless cuff avoids rubbing with booties or socks worn over them, and the injected silicone seals without constricting. Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, holiday season), delivery times may be extended by an additional 2-3 days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No hassle.

How it works

Email us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Attach the label to the original package and drop it off at your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we can send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We'll send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse the product price to the same payment method you used. The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision. The 30-day period offered by Mooquer voluntarily extends this legal guarantee.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Socks. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of socks whose seal has been opened are not accepted. You can open the box and view the product without issue, but once the individual seal is broken, we cannot accept its return. If you have any doubts about the size, please write to us before opening it and we will help you: if the seal is still intact, size exchange is free in Spain.

Customized garments. Customized or custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are products made according to the customer's specifications.

Defective product. If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transport, please contact us within the first 24 hours, attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately. This exception does not affect your consumer rights regarding non-conforming products.

Return costs

Returns and size exchanges are free for orders within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs. For international returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
