Beacon Thermique+ Thermal Reflective Cycling Socks

The Beacon is made with Thermolite®, a hollow fiber that traps air inside and keeps you warm without adding bulk. The footbed is terry with three channels of copper thread running through the foot: the terry cushions and insulates from the sole, while the copper helps the sock withstand repeated wear without losing its shape.

On the back of the cuff, a reflective thread. At six in the evening in January, on an unlit road, a moving ankle is the first thing a driver notices. It is not intuition; it has been measured. The brain recognizes the movement of another person before a stationary shape, and an ankle pedaling at ninety revolutions creates the most recognizable pattern on the asphalt. It is called biomotion. In tests with real drivers, the reflective material placed on the joints tripled the recognition distance compared to a vest made with the same amount of material.

The United Kingdom and Switzerland are outside the European Union, so your order may be subject to import taxes and a carrier handling fee. These amounts are paid upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient; they are not included in the price you see on the website.

United States and the rest of the world Shipping: 39.95€. Free on orders over 200€. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes at the destination, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, holiday season), delivery times may be extended by an additional 2-3 days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No hassle.

How it works

Email us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Attach the label to the original package and drop it off at your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we can send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We'll send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse the product price to the same payment method you used. The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision. The 30-day period offered by Mooquer voluntarily extends this legal guarantee.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Socks. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of socks whose seal has been opened are not accepted. You can open the box and view the product without issue, but once the individual seal is broken, we cannot accept its return. If you have any doubts about the size, please write to us before opening it and we will help you: if the seal is still intact, size exchange is free in Spain.

Customized garments. Customized or custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are products made according to the customer's specifications.

Defective product. If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transport, please contact us within the first 24 hours, attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately. This exception does not affect your consumer rights regarding non-conforming products.

Return costs

Returns and size exchanges are free for orders within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs. For international returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
