Dos grados por la mañana, doce al mediodía, llovizna a ratos y viento siempre. Demasiado para un cortavientos y demasiado poco para una chaqueta térmica.

La Haven está hecha para ese tramo, y es la primera chaqueta de la gama Signature, la línea en la que no hay concesiones: el mejor tejido disponible, la mejor confección italiana y los detalles resueltos uno a uno.

Fabricada con membrana Tornado WR, un tejido italiano de Pidigi con membrana ZeroWind laminada entre dos capas: 242 gramos por metro cuadrado y 8.000 milímetros de columna de agua. Esa cifra mide presión, no lluvia: significa que el tejido aguanta una columna de ocho metros de agua antes de dejarla pasar, tres veces por encima del umbral a partir del cual un tejido se considera impermeable.

El color va teñido en pieza, no sublimado, así que está en la fibra y no encima. Y los logotipos van aplicados en DTF reflectante e iridiscente: de día cambian con la luz, de noche devuelven la de los faros.

Las costuras no van termoselladas. Parece contraintuitivo pero una prenda sellada por completo te acaba empapando por dentro de tu propio sudor en cuanto empiezas a subir, y esta chaqueta está pensada para rodar fuerte bajo la lluvia. En un chaparrón largo el agua terminará entrando por la costura. A cambio, la humedad de dentro tiene por dónde salir.

Corte ceñido, cuello alto, puños que entran bajo el guante y cremallera YKK japonesa de doble carril con bloqueo automático en ambas direcciones para evitar una apertura indeseada. Confeccionada en Italia.

Lavar a máquina a 30 °C con la cremallera cerrada. No usar suavizante: obstruye la membrana y reduce su transpirabilidad. No usar secadora. No usar lejía. No lavar en seco.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, holiday season), delivery times may be extended by an additional 2-3 days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No hassle.

How it works

Email us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Attach the label to the original package and drop it off at your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we can send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We'll send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse the product price to the same payment method you used. The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision. The 30-day period offered by Mooquer voluntarily extends this legal guarantee.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Socks. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of socks whose seal has been opened are not accepted. You can open the box and view the product without issue, but once the individual seal is broken, we cannot accept its return. If you have any doubts about the size, please write to us before opening it and we will help you: if the seal is still intact, size exchange is free in Spain.

Customized garments. Customized or custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are products made according to the customer's specifications.

Defective product. If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transport, please contact us within the first 24 hours, attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately. This exception does not affect your consumer rights regarding non-conforming products.

Return costs

Returns and size exchanges are free for orders within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs. For international returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
