In our cycling shorts, we use the best Italian chamois, designed specifically for men and women. The Float Road chamois, with its floating system, perfectly adapts to the cyclist's anatomy, providing the ideal fit without compromising comfort. Its structure combines different densities and foams under an ultra-soft fabric, guaranteeing comfort for more than 7 hours of pedaling. The advanced 3D cut of the chamois reduces the thickness of the foam in key areas to offer greater freedom of movement and softness, while maintaining the necessary support at the most important pressure points. Additionally, the absence of seams minimizes skin irritation, improving the experience of every ride.

United States and rest of the world Shipping: 39.95€. Free on orders over 200€. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes at the destination, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, Christmas season), delivery times may be extended by 2-3 additional days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No hassle.

How it works

Email us at hola@mooquer.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Attach the label to the original package and drop it off at your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we can send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We'll send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs.

Returns for refund

If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse the product price to the same payment method you used. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom garments are not eligible for exchange or return. If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transport, please contact us within the first 24 hours with photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately.

Return costs

Returns and size exchanges are free for orders within Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs. For international returns, the shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
