Prugna Supreme Cycling Bib Shorts

The Prugna Supreme cycling bib shorts move away from default black without being garish. The deep aubergine is a color with character, unusual on a bike, that changes with the light and works just as well at seven in the morning as in the end-of-ride photo.

It represents a different way of understanding bib shorts. Designed for those who spend hours on the bike, it combines a precise fit with an unusual feeling of freedom thanks to its seamless construction and an Italian fabric that accompanies every pedal stroke without excessive compression.

The color comes directly from the fabric itself, dyed at the source and without sublimation processes. This means a depth and uniformity that does not fade with use, washing, or the July sun.

Inside, it incorporates the Italian Mooquer Komorebi (7 h.) chamois, developed to offer comfort during long days in the saddle, while the laser cut provides a clean finish and an imperceptible transition on the leg.

United States and the rest of the world Shipping: 39.95€. Free on orders over 200€. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes at the destination, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, holiday season), delivery times may be extended by an additional 2-3 days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No hassle.

How it works

Email us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Attach the label to the original package and drop it off at your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we can send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We'll send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse the product price to the same payment method you used. The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision. The 30-day period offered by Mooquer voluntarily extends this legal guarantee.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Socks. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of socks whose seal has been opened are not accepted. You can open the box and view the product without issue, but once the individual seal is broken, we cannot accept its return. If you have any doubts about the size, please write to us before opening it and we will help you: if the seal is still intact, size exchange is free in Spain.

Customized garments. Customized or custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are products made according to the customer's specifications.

Defective product. If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transport, please contact us within the first 24 hours, attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately. This exception does not affect your consumer rights regarding non-conforming products.

Return costs

Returns and size exchanges are free for orders within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs. For international returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
