Italian MITI SuperRoubaix fabric, 245 grams per square meter and with a brushed interior. That inner fuzz traps air, and it is the air that insulates: that is why it keeps you warm without forcing you to wear a stiff garment. Its natural range is between 5 and 15 degrees, which is where most of the Atlantic winter takes place.

Inside is the Italian Mooquer Komorebi chamois (7 h.), the same one we install in the Supreme bib shorts: developed to maintain comfort during long days in the saddle. If you want to know what chamois each garment has, we explain it on the Mooquer chamois page.

The color is factory-dyed, not sublimated: it lives in the fiber and not on the surface, so the black remains black after five winters. The designs are applied in DTF.

Machine wash inside out at 30°C. Do not use fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

The United Kingdom and Switzerland are outside the European Union, so your order may be subject to import taxes and a carrier handling fee. These amounts are paid upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient; they are not included in the price you see on the website.

United States and the rest of the world Shipping: 39.95€. Free on orders over 200€. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes at the destination, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, holiday season), delivery times may be extended by an additional 2-3 days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No hassle.

How it works

Email us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Attach the label to the original package and drop it off at your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we can send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We'll send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse the product price to the same payment method you used. The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision. The 30-day period offered by Mooquer voluntarily extends this legal guarantee.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Socks. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of socks whose seal has been opened are not accepted. You can open the box and view the product without issue, but once the individual seal is broken, we cannot accept its return. If you have any doubts about the size, please write to us before opening it and we will help you: if the seal is still intact, size exchange is free in Spain.

Customized garments. Customized or custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are products made according to the customer's specifications.

Defective product. If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transport, please contact us within the first 24 hours, attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately. This exception does not affect your consumer rights regarding non-conforming products.

Return costs

Returns and size exchanges are free for orders within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the collection and reshipment costs. For international returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
