A classic reinvented. The Nomad cap is a structured 5-panel cap, made from certified recycled polyester sourced from polymers obtained from recycled plastic bottles. Its timeless beige design provides a vintage style, while its curved brim and adjustable Velcro closure ensure a perfect fit. Embroidered in Spain with high-quality 3D embroidery, this cap is the ideal choice for an elegant style. Pair it with garments in tan, navy blue, dark green, and maroon.

The brim is curved and made from recycled material. Our brims are manufactured with technology that maintains a proper curved shape at all times. The interior of the brim is made from recycled plastic in collaboration with ReTraze®.

Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands Free shipping on orders over 75€. For orders under this amount, shipping costs 5.95€. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days. Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can track your shipment at all times.

Peninsular Portugal Shipping: 6.95€. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Europe (European Union) Shipping: 9.95€. Free on orders over 150€. Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days.

United Kingdom and Switzerland Shipping: 24.95€. Free on orders over 150€. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days.

United States and rest of the world Shipping: 39.95€. Free on orders over 200€. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes at the destination, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, Christmas season), delivery times may be extended by 2-3 additional days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No complications.

How it works

Write to us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Stick the label on the original package and deliver it to your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we will send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size changes

If you need another size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We will send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the costs of collection and reshipment.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will refund the product price using the same payment method you used. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom garments cannot be exchanged or returned. If you receive a defective or transport-damaged product, contact us within the first 24 hours attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately.

Return costs

Returns and size changes are free for orders within Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the costs of collection and reshipment. For international returns, the shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer.
