We have designed lightweight gloves with MTB and Gravel in mind. Thanks to their elastic fabric, they won't bother you even if you use them on a road bike. The palm features new 3D Air technology that offers high hand ventilation (*this can be a drawback on very cold winter days). Freedom of movement is its greatest quality; with them, you'll feel like you're wearing nothing. Forget that feeling of wearing a thick, inflexible glove.

– Palm: Made with a perforated 3D mesh that allows for high breathability and continuous airflow. You will feel the air entering through the palm of your hand. They are non-slip. You will never again lose control or grip, not even if it rains or your hands sweat. For the palm of the glove, we have opted for a combination of mesh and reinforcements with different densities that guarantee maximum comfort when gripping the handlebars.

– Reinforcements: The 2 mm thick reinforcements and inserts do not bother thanks to their minimalist design. After numerous tests, we have selected only the most compromised areas for the hands and the points where they suffer the most stress while pedaling. Inserts and reinforcements to strengthen only the areas where needed. Support with the outside of the handlebars is key when pedaling standing up.

– Closure: One-piece, velcro-free closure to ensure your comfort when wearing long-sleeved garments.

– Fabric: Made with premium Italian fabrics. Elastic and soft upper fabric. Ultralight. Quick-drying even in high humidity.

Europe (European Union) Shipping: 9.95€. Free on orders over 150€. Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days.

United States and rest of the world Shipping: 39.95€. Free on orders over 200€. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes at the destination, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Areas without coverage We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Important information Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to arrange an alternative. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to our warehouse. During periods of high demand (launches, Christmas season), delivery times may be extended by 2-3 additional days.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. No complications.

How it works

Write to us at hola@mooquer.com indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you a return label by email. Stick the label on the original package and deliver it to your nearest courier office or, if you prefer, we will send a courier to pick it up at your home. Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Size changes

If you need another size of the same product, we'll take care of everything. We will send you the new size at no additional cost. Mooquer covers the costs of collection and reshipment.

Returns with refund

If you prefer a refund, we will refund the product price using the same payment method you used. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the item.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Mooquer reserves the right not to accept returns of items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or that do not include tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom garments cannot be exchanged or returned. If you receive a defective or transport-damaged product, contact us within the first 24 hours attaching photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately.

Return costs

Returns and size changes are free for orders within Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mooquer covers the costs of collection and reshipment. For international returns, the shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer.
